Recently, the cranes for the Baosteel and Wugang projects of Baowu Group, which were manufactured by the company, successfully passed the Group A inspection by the expert team. This indicates that the innovative achievements of Henan Mine's intelligent manufacturing have once again been highly recognized by customers. This batch of cranes is mainly used for the renovation and upgrade of a certain base of Baowu Group. They all adopt PLC + frequency conversion + anti-sway control, reserve interfaces for unmanned intelligent upgrades, and the lifting and trolley operation adopt a redundant design of one main and one standby frequency converter, which greatly improves the safety and efficiency of use.

During the three-day Type A inspection, the Type A inspection expert team composed of Baosteel and Wuhan Steel project teams, as well as companies such as Ouyeel Industrial Products Co., Ltd., MCC Baosteel Technology Service Co., Ltd., Dalian Baoxin Crane Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Jinyi Testing Technology Co., Ltd., conducted an acceptance inspection of the metallurgical slab clamp cranes and electromagnetic hanging beam overhead crane products contracted by the company.

The expert group carefully examined all the materials of the crane. Each inspection item met the requirements of the A-check outline, and all indicators complied with national standards, reaching an advanced domestic level. The expert group gave a high evaluation of the company's quality control system and the inspection results of product quality.
