Advanced manufacturing facilities
The company has implemented an intelligent equipment management platform and has currently installed 310 sets of handling and welding robots, with a planned total of over 500 sets upon full completion. The equipment networking rate has reached 95%. Additionally, 32 automated welding production lines have been put into operation, with a plan to install 50 lines, achieving an 85% full-line automation rate for product manufacturing.
Fully Automated Double-Girder Main Beam Inner Seam Robotic Welding Station
This workstation is primarily designed for automated welding of the inner seam of double-girder main beams. After manual loading and basic alignment in both horizontal and vertical directions, the L-arm hydraulic flipping machine rotates the workpiece ±90°, allowing the robot to automatically locate and weld.
This system significantly enhances weld quality and improves the efficiency of welding crane structural components, particularly excelling in inner seam welding. It also represents another initiative by Henan Mine to care for its employees while enhancing quality and efficiency.
Single-Girder Main Beam Inner Seam Robotic Welding Station
In collaboration with Beijing Crane Transportation Machinery Design Institute and with the expertise of German crane specialists, the company has successfully developed a flexible production line for single-girder cranes. This innovation has enabled the main beam production line to produce a finished product every hour, reducing production time by 40% and shortening customer delivery cycles by 50%.
Since 2016, the company has gradually introduced robotic welding production lines, capable of welding various seams of standard single-girder crane products, further enhancing manufacturing efficiency and quality.
