Structured placements in the manufacturing workplace
The programme opened working production and office environments to young people from employee families. One-to-one mentoring supported placements across different functions, helping participants understand the work performed within the crane manufacturing business.
The company provided protective workwear and pre-placement safety training alongside meals, accommodation and internship allowances. Certificates were to be issued at completion of the programme.
Connecting family support with early workplace learning
Founder Cui Peijun delivered a session and presented signed books to participants. The programme aimed to give students practical experience and a closer view of their parents’ working environment before they began their own careers.
Employee-family internships complement the manufacturer’s recurring seasonal and family activities. This July update records the opening and planned arrangements for the programme; its completion was reported separately in August.
