Recognition at the intelligent industrial park
The gathering took place at the company’s intelligent industrial park. Fourteen award recipients each received RMB 2,000 in recognition of their work.
Company representatives announced the new women’s organisation leadership, and employee representatives spoke during the event. Staff from different roles also contributed performances.
Benefits across the women’s workforce
Nearly 2,000 women employees received a RMB 800 payment and gifts. These benefits were separate from the individual recognition awards presented at the gathering.
The March event continued the manufacturer’s employee-support programme and recognised contributions from women working across the business.
