Seasonal gifts distributed in batches
The manufacturer prepared festival gift boxes containing traditional rice dumplings and arranged distribution to employees in successive batches. The programme thanked staff for their work and their families for their support.
Gift distribution formed part of the company’s recurring benefits around traditional holidays, including Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and Chinese New Year.
Shared activities for employees
The company’s women’s organisation also arranged a film-viewing event for women employees. It complemented the gift distribution with a shared cultural activity during the festival period.
