Factory learning alongside classroom sessions
The programme combined practical workplace experience with talks from technical specialists and company managers. Visits included the China Crane Machinery Museum, the crane life-testing laboratory and the physical and chemical testing laboratory.
The completion event recognised the participants' work and their introduction to the manufacturing environment. It forms part of the company's employee-family support activities, alongside seasonal benefits and family events.
