Workforce representation and organisational review
The meeting brought together 232 representatives and company leaders. Participants reviewed the previous committee's work and elected new union, financial-review and women-employee committees.
A training programme accompanied the meeting. The event focused on workforce representation within the manufacturer's continuing organisational development.
