What qualifications and certifications do your crane products have?


Our crane products have complete qualifications and certifications, including the "Special Equipment Manufacturing License" and the "Special Equipment Installation, Transformation, and Maintenance License" issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. These are essential qualifications for crane production, installation, and maintenance, demonstrating our corresponding production and service capabilities. At the same time, our products have passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, ensuring that the quality management in the production process is standardized and effective. In addition, some products have also passed international certifications such as CE certification, meeting the needs of the international market. These qualifications and certifications are strong evidence of our product quality and enterprise strength.


How long is the production cycle of the crane?


For cranes of regular models and standard configurations, it generally takes about 15 days; for cranes with large tonnage, special specifications or a high degree of customization, it takes 45 - 60 days.


If the crane malfunctions, what is your after-sales response time?


We attach great importance to the after-sales response speed and are committed to providing customers with timely and efficient after-sales maintenance services. Upon receiving a customer's fault report, we will respond immediately. For general faults, we will provide remote guidance through means such as telephone and video to help customers troubleshoot the faults as soon as possible. For faults that require on-site maintenance, we will arrange the nearest after-sales service personnel to go to the site according to the distance from the customer's location. Under normal circumstances, domestic customers can expect the service personnel to arrive at the site within 24 hours, and overseas customers within 48 hours.


How long is the warranty period of the crane? What services are provided during the warranty period?

Our crane's warranty period is usually 12 months. During the warranty period, we will provide free maintenance services, including free replacement of damaged parts and free maintenance and debugging.



Will there be debugging after the installation is completed?


After the installation is completed, we will conduct a comprehensive commissioning of the crane to ensure that all its performance indicators meet the design requirements and usage standards.
