Henan Mine developed a custom explosion-proof cleanroom crane for a leading materials technology company in Turkey, designed to operate in a highly controlled environment where both dust suppression and safety are mission-critical.

The crane plays a central role in the fully automated handling of reduction furnaces and silicon rod tools, accurately transporting them across designated stations including the reduction furnace platform, cleaning area, transfer zone, and disassembly bench. The system follows a pre-programmed route, ensuring consistent precision positioning and efficient material flow.

To meet Class-level cleanroom standards, the crane incorporates:
