Grants and teacher recognition
More than 160 university students received assistance, with over RMB 700,000 distributed at the event. Ten teachers and one headteacher also received recognition.
The annual fund committed RMB 1.1 million that year. Students visited the factory during the programme; cumulative support since 2004 had reached more than four thousand students by this announcement.
