Connect engineering and manufacturing information
The factory uses digital-twin technology within an interconnected manufacturing organisation. Research, process development, testing and performance work are linked through production information rather than treated as isolated stages.
The national programme recognises smart-factory projects for innovation, process optimisation and demonstration value. Henan Mine was the only crane-equipment manufacturer from Henan selected in the 2025 list.
Production visibility supports order control
For a crane order, drawings, configuration revisions and inspection records need to identify the same equipment. Connected manufacturing information helps the engineering and production teams work from a shared configuration.
Purchasers should establish document requirements and witness points with the technical order. This allows the factory’s production and quality records to be aligned with the customer’s acceptance plan.
Define digital functions for the installed crane separately
Manufacturing-system capabilities and the digital functions supplied with a crane have their own scopes. State any required equipment monitoring, remote access or plant-system interfaces in the enquiry.
The proposal can then identify the controls and data functions included in the delivered equipment, alongside the manufacturing and inspection milestones for the order.
