Custom trolley manufacture for heavy casting cranes
Li Jie worked on trolley manufacture for 450 t and 360 t four-girder casting-crane projects. Manufacturing-method changes reduced a trolley production stage from fifteen to seven days, with the work completing its initial acceptance.
These results relate to the named production tasks. A new crane order’s lead time depends on its configuration, material programme, inspection stages and factory schedule.
Technical work beyond the individual assembly task
His development work includes an electric-hoist bridge-crane invention recognised as a Henan science and technology achievement. A project improving the output of rotating-trolley rail bending received a provincial quality-management group award in 2024.
These activities connect workshop experience with improvements in the tooling and methods used during crane manufacture.
Training the next group of assembly personnel
