Heavy and process-specific equipment in production
The factory’s programme included 1,000 t gantry cranes approaching delivery, together with multifunction electrolytic-process cranes and fully automatic handling equipment in manufacture.
The different orders involve different loads, attachments and operating environments. Their configurations follow the requirements of the individual industrial projects.
International orders join the manufacturing schedule
Overseas demand included projects in Southeast Asia, Central Asia and Africa. Large-project orders in the early-year programme totalled nearly RMB 300 million.
Customers planning a new order should provide the equipment scope and site schedule together. Configuration approval, manufacturing, inspection and transport need to be coordinated with erection and commissioning.
Prepare a complete lifting enquiry
Include the rated-load requirement, load geometry, span or working envelope, duty cycle and power supply. Process-specific or automated equipment also needs its attachment and control interfaces defined before the production scope can be confirmed.
