Combine carbon-block gripping with material suction

The multifunctional suction crane integrates paired carbon-block clamps, suction and material distribution. A large-opening clamp arrangement accommodates different block sizes, addressing the need to handle changing carbon-block dimensions without repeatedly changing gripping parts.

For this type of equipment, the handling-tool geometry and the material functions should be specified together. Block dimensions, pickup surfaces and the suction or distribution task each affect the operating arrangement.

Stack anode blocks with an adjustable clamp

The anode-block stacking crane uses an adjustable combined clamp capable of picking up ten blocks in one operation, with the quantity adjusted for production needs. It serves the carbon-block warehouse as a transfer and storage system.
