Carbon handling matched to the process
The suction crane combines paired carbon-block clamps with material suction and distribution. A long-stroke clamp-opening arrangement accommodates different block sizes.
The stacking crane uses adjustable combined clamps and can handle ten anode blocks in one pick. The number of blocks can be adjusted to suit the production requirement.
Pot-tending functions with automated anode exchange
The multifunctional unit combines crust breaking, anode replacement, residue clearing and covering-material handling. Height measurement and tightening functions use precision sensors.
The automatic anode-changing system uses visual recognition to coordinate its operating sequence. For an aluminium project, provide block dimensions, handling quantities, pot geometry, environmental conditions and the required automation interfaces so each part of the lifting package can be matched to the process.
