Describe the item you want to move, its approximate weight if known, and where it needs to go. We can discuss a suitable crane type and lifting arrangement with you.

The minimum order quantity for a complete crane is 1 unit/set. You can request a quotation for one crane, several work areas or a complete package of cranes, hoists and lifting attachments. Send the quantity and lifting task for each work area.

The maximum lifted load, approximate working width, required hook height and destination are helpful when available. Add the lifting frequency, electrical supply or a site sketch as the project develops.

Yes. Email them to info@cranehenanmine.com with your company and project name. You can submit the basic enquiry first if the drawings are not ready.

We can supply a product quality certificate, factory inspection report and load test report for the ordered equipment. CE documentation is supplied where applicable.

We provide full lifecycle service and a free lifetime warranty for manufacturing and quality defects.

Consumables and normal wear are excluded.

For covered defects, we pay the international freight for replacement parts. If overseas on-site repair is necessary to resolve a covered defect, we also pay the engineer’s travel and accommodation costs.

Typical production times are counted in calendar days after the technical specification is confirmed and the agreed advance payment is received, until the equipment is ready for factory dispatch.

For cranes above 100 t, use the 45–60-day range. Shipping and installation schedules are confirmed separately for your project.

Your quotation sets out the production and dispatch plan, together with the installation or commissioning support for your selected equipment and destination.
