You may also provide your company, phone or WhatsApp number, project message, equipment requirements, capacity, span and lifting height. Emails and chats may include drawings, photos and further project details you choose to send.
Provide business information relevant to your lifting requirements. Please avoid sending unrelated personal information or confidential information belonging to other people.
How we use it
We use these details to reply to your enquiry, discuss suitable equipment, prepare a quotation, follow up your project and provide after-sales support. We do not use business enquiry information for bulk marketing.
Email, WhatsApp and service providers
Website enquiries are directed to info@cranehenanmine.com. We handle these communications through business email and, when you choose it, WhatsApp. We do not use a CRM system for this process.
The WhatsApp chat link is optional and opens a separate platform. Submitting our website form does not automatically forward your enquiry to WhatsApp. If you choose to chat there, WhatsApp also handles information under its own terms and privacy arrangements.
Website hosting and email service providers support the operation and delivery of enquiries. Relevant enquiry information is handled through these services as needed to receive, store and respond to your message.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information only while it is needed for your enquiry, quotation, project follow-up or after-sales support. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or anonymise it. Retention depends on the enquiry and project relationship.
