(8+8) t Automated Crane for Jinxiang Garlic Cold Storage
A twin-hoist warehouse crane identifies coded storage baskets, stacks them automatically and connects handling to the cold-store inventory database.

The project and its handling task.
Henan Mine Crane designed and manufactured an (8+8) t intelligent warehouse crane for the Suantong Tianxia industrial park cold store, supplied for Shandong Lingdong Electronic Technology. It entered service in 2018.
The storage arrangement replaces small baskets and manual stacking with dedicated large baskets and a matched lifting attachment. Automatic basket-code recognition connects physical pickup and placement to the warehouse database and intelligent terminals.
Replace manual basket stacking with traceable crane moves.
Garlic storage in a cold store needs dense stacking and reliable inventory location, while manual movement exposes staff to difficult working conditions.
Use a repeatable basket and lifting interface for each stored lot.
Read the basket identity and move it to the assigned position.
Use database tasks to select, lift and dispatch the required basket.

In use since 2018.
The crane entered cold-store service in 2018. Basket identification, automatic lifting and database-linked storage support high-density warehouse handling and reduce reliance on manual stacking in the cold environment.
For a similar project, use dedicated large baskets and a matched lifting attachment. Identify each basket by code, then let the crane place and retrieve it through a warehouse database with manual, semi-automatic and automatic operating modes.

Questions before specifying a similar crane.
Can the same project crane be supplied for my site?
We customize the capacity, span, lifting height, attachment and controls to the load, building or yard layout and operating cycle. Basket size and loaded mass is one of the inputs to review before final equipment selection.
How are certification, quantity and lead time agreed?
Single-crane and fleet enquiries are welcome. Define the destination and required standards in the enquiry. The project offer confirms certification and inspection documents, the quantity, drawing approval and manufacturing schedule, with the shipping and site-service boundaries.
What should acceptance and after-sales support include?
Agree the inspection plan, representative load and functional tests, operator training, maintenance instructions, spare-parts scope and fault-recovery procedures. For this application, include operating modes and retrieval rate in the technical review.
Planning a similar lifting project?
Send your layout, load and operating requirements. We can develop a customized crane package and delivery scope for your site.
