Intelligent Steel Plate Warehouse Crane: Factory Functional Acceptance
Vehicle recognition, plate identification, automatic marking and 5G communication were tested as part of an automated steel plate warehouse system.

The project and its handling task.
Henan Mine Crane built an intelligent warehouse-management crane for a steel-structure company. Functional testing took place on the manufacturer’s 1,200 t crane test platform; the platform capacity is not the rating of the warehouse crane.
Acceptance work covered vehicle recognition, intelligent steel plate recognition, automatic code marking, 5G millimetre-wave communication, crane collision prevention and travel accuracy. The system supports automatic unloading, rotation, sorting, stacking and restacking of plates.
Connect truck unloading, plate identification and storage in one flow.
A steel-plate store loses time when unloading, identification, marking and stack selection are disconnected manual tasks.
Link truck identification to the plate and its storage instruction.
Use the selected lifting tool to unload and rotate the plate safely.
Sequence stacking, restacking and dispatch around inventory data.

What to compare with your own project.
Match the project configuration to your load, layout and operating sequence before selecting a crane package.
| Design area | This project configuration | Define for your site |
|---|---|---|
| Application | Automated steel plate warehouse | Plate dimensions and weights. Define the required operating envelope and acceptance checks in your technical brief. |

Factory functional tests completed.
The crane completed functional acceptance tests for its intelligent control tasks. The tested functions link physical plate movements to identification and storage-management operations.
For a similar project, treat the crane as part of the warehouse system. Identify the arriving vehicle and plate, assign a storage location, then use automated unloading, rotation, stacking and restacking with movement records.
Prepare a comparable crane quotation.
Share the load schedule and site drawings. Treat the crane as part of the warehouse system. Identify the arriving vehicle and plate, assign a storage location, then use automated unloading, rotation, stacking and restacking with movement records.
We can quote a single crane or a coordinated fleet. The offer sets out the destination standards, required certificates and inspection records, manufacturing programme after drawing approval, shipment, installation support and agreed acceptance scope.

Questions before specifying a similar crane.
Can the same project crane be supplied for my site?
We customize the capacity, span, lifting height, attachment and controls to the load, building or yard layout and operating cycle. Plate dimensions and weights is one of the inputs to review before final equipment selection.
How are certification, quantity and lead time agreed?
Single-crane and fleet enquiries are welcome. Define the destination and required standards in the enquiry. The project offer confirms certification and inspection documents, the quantity, drawing approval and manufacturing schedule, with the shipping and site-service boundaries.
What should acceptance and after-sales support include?
Agree the inspection plan, representative load and functional tests, operator training, maintenance instructions, spare-parts scope and fault-recovery procedures. For this application, include automation and recovery requirements in the technical review.
Planning a similar lifting project?
Send your layout, load and operating requirements. We can develop a customized crane package and delivery scope for your site.
