Site visits cover different crane applications
The programme included automotive, energy, shipbuilding and bridge-related customers. The service teams reviewed equipment and discussed technical questions with people responsible for operation and maintenance.
Visits included Nanjing, Wuxi, Nantong and Suzhou. Company founder Cui Peijun participated in the Wuxi programme.
Training accompanies equipment reviews
Safety training and technical guidance formed part of the visits. The work connected the condition of installed equipment with the procedures used by the customer’s operating team.
Each installation has its own load patterns, operating environment and maintenance history. These conditions determine which issues need attention during a service review.
Prepare operating information for an effective service visit
Have equipment identification, maintenance records and recent fault information available. Describe changes in loads, production cycles or environmental conditions since commissioning.
Agree which personnel will receive training and who will follow up on findings. A documented action list helps the customer connect the visit with ongoing inspections and maintenance planning.
