Process learning supports production-line development
Xu Xiaohu began in the forging workshop five years before the May 2025 profile. After progressing into team management, he studied drawing and modelling and worked with technical specialists on manufacturing processes.
With company support, the team developed four modern production lines. Xu participated in the process stages as the lines were brought into operation.
Drawings and instructions establish the working reference
The workshop follows two working references: the drawing and the process standard. Three inspection layers combine the operator’s self-check, peer review and specialist inspection.
The method connects production work with the required component dimensions and process conditions. It provides checks within the manufacturing sequence rather than relying only on a finished-item review.
Skills shared with new workshop employees
Xu trains new employees and organises practical exercises and technical exchanges. The team uses those activities to pass process knowledge between experienced personnel and newer workshop members.
The combination of line development, documented working requirements and skills training supports component production within the crane manufacturing organisation.
