Sessions addressed steel-structure welding control, coating selection and application, inspection methods and product finish. Three-dimensional CAD training used project examples to review technical design.
Additional topics included electrolytic-aluminium processes, lifting-equipment operation and maintenance, and workplace safety management. The programme brought technical and shop-floor personnel into practical quality development.
Agree the inspection and finish requirements
For custom cranes, provide environmental conditions and required coating, fabrication and acceptance criteria. These requirements can then be incorporated into the manufacturing and quality plan.
