Check the identity behind a similar company name

The programme responds to misuse of the Henan Mine name and Kuangyuan trademark. A similar trading name or a familiar-looking product does not establish that a crane was manufactured by the company.

Check the contracting organisation and the manufacturer named in the technical offer. Compare those details with the equipment nameplate, serial reference and accompanying documents.

Keep the equipment and order references connected

Drawings, configuration records, inspection documents and dispatch information should identify the same crane. Clear references make it easier to verify the supplied equipment and follow later technical enquiries.

If a nameplate or document raises a question, provide the manufacturer with photographs and the relevant order references before accepting the claimed identity. Keep the supporting information together throughout procurement.

Include traceability in the purchase scope

State which equipment-identification and manufacturing records are required with delivery. Confirm how technical revisions will be reflected in the documents supplied to the receiving site.

Send the crane specification and existing equipment records when requesting a new purchase or an upgrade. Accurate identification helps the technical team establish which machine and configuration are involved.
