Identification needs to agree across the order

A crane nameplate alone does not establish the full supply record. Buyers should compare the manufacturer named in the contract with the serial number, equipment configuration and accompanying documents.

Inspection and delivery records should identify the same machine. Any discrepancy should be resolved with the contracted manufacturer before the equipment is accepted.

A documented brand-protection programme

The company applied for its Kuangyuan trademark in 2002 and established a legal department in 2020. Its December update described continuing work to address misuse of manufacturer identity.

For a purchasing team, the practical priority is a traceable order: an identifiable supplier, consistent equipment records and a clear route for confirming documents and after-sales responsibilities.
