Inspection team reviews manufacturing evidence
Specialists from Baosteel Consulting and Shanghai Jinyi Inspection reviewed self-inspection records, material reports and non-destructive examination reports. Henan Mine’s process, technical, quality and production personnel supported the review.
Measurements cover structure and running components
Checks included main-girder span, brake-wheel runout, wheel-tread hardness and travel mechanisms. The inspected items met the applicable acceptance ranges for this programme.
The 100,000-tonne figure describes the customer’s anode-material production project. Crane lifting capacity is specified separately for each ordered machine.
Agree witness points before factory release
Buyers should define the drawings, material records, inspection reports and functional checks required for their order. Include the personnel responsible for witnessing and closing any findings.
The agreed factory inspection schedule helps coordinate release with transport and subsequent site assembly.
