Team combines checks with technical discussion

The team uses self-checks, peer checks and specialist inspections to review work and address identified hazards. Pre-shift reminders, technical exchanges and post-work reviews form part of its routine.

Component work includes operator and electrical arrangements

The team has made cabinets, operator cabins, water tanks, oil trays, insulated cable channels and ventilation ducts for projects including Baosteel, Baowu and Shaogang.

Its development work includes changes to cabin layout and manufacturing methods. These tasks connect component quality with the intended crane operating arrangement.
