Customer and technical representatives review the machine
The inspection group included Meishan Steel, China MCC20, Ouyeel Industrial Products, Baosteel Engineering Consulting and Dalian Baoxin crane specialists. Teams reviewed self-inspection and material reports.
Measurements covered trolley and bridge structures and the assembled travel mechanisms.
No-load operation follows the dimensional checks
The crane underwent a powered no-load trial as part of the agreed inspection outline. The inspected equipment met the contract technical agreement and the A-inspection requirements.
The factory programme represents the specified review stage. Installation and site acceptance require their own checks after delivery.
Set out the inspection deliverables in a new order
Define the drawings, material evidence, dimensional records and operating demonstrations required before dispatch. Identify witness responsibilities and how findings will be closed.
For casting service, the load schedule, operating environment and required protective functions should be agreed within the same technical order.
