Henan Mine Crane completed A-inspection of a crane package for Baosteel's non-oriented silicon-steel project during 27–29 September 2021.

Manufacturing records and no-load trials

The inspection team examined self-inspection, material and non-destructive testing reports, measured bridge and trolley structures and reviewed assembly. Powered no-load trials checked the completed equipment.

A dedicated project team coordinated manufacturing and quality control, with third-party inspection arranged by the customer.

For production-line cranes, agree the test plan and document package alongside the equipment specification. Runway interfaces, handling duty and operating controls should also be defined before manufacture.
