Theory, inspection and manufacturing in one setting
Inspectors from 18 cities across Henan joined the ten-day programme at the intelligent industrial park. The training combined technical teaching with manufacturing and inspection experience.
The factory's production environment and testing facilities supported practical learning, including access to crane performance and life-testing resources. The partners also discussed further development of a crane-industry training platform.
Define inspection requirements at order stage
For an international crane order, establish the inspection organisation, witness points, applicable standards and required reports before manufacture. Early agreement helps the supplier prepare the documents and demonstrations expected at acceptance.
