Henan Mine Crane launched its 2026 quality-month programme on 31 March at the company headquarters and intelligent industrial park.

Practical activities across the manufacturing process
Ten activities were planned, including quality research, skills competitions, appearance-quality reviews and technical training. Welding, CNC turning and electrical assembly were included in the skills programme.
The activities also covered problem analysis and improvements to manufacturing-process tools. For a crane purchasing team, a quality programme becomes part of an order when the relevant controls, inspection checkpoints and acceptance records are defined in the project specification.
