Improvement across equipment and production methods
The programme combines lean methods with technical development, product innovation, intelligent manufacturing, environmental improvements and data use. It addresses equipment, processes and services across the business.
The selection followed an earlier benchmark for lean-production manufacturing upgrades. For customers, order-specific inspection plans and traceable records connect the supplier's quality systems with the crane being purchased.
