Synchronised lifting and diagnostic information
PLC and inverter communication control coordinate the motions. Multiple lifting points are synchronised with automatic balancing, while the hoisting mechanism provides four-quadrant operation.
A diagnostic system displays three-dimensional position, operating, protection and fault information. It includes alarms, records, printing and communication functions.
Prepare the machinery installation plan
Provide pump-unit weights, lifting-point details, installation elevations and underground clearances. Confirm lifting-point coordination, control modes and acceptance requirements with the proposed crane arrangement.
