Variable-frequency drives
Variable-frequency regulation supports controlled crane movement and container positioning across the handling route.
PORT & LOGISTICS / PROJECT CASE
Henan Mine Crane delivered two rail-mounted container gantry cranes for Taicang Port. Variable-frequency travel, Siemens PLC control and yard-focused safety functions were configured for container handling at the truck and stack interface.

Container handling at a port requires repeatable positioning above trucks and stacks while keeping the vehicle interface controlled. The Taicang Port project called for rail-mounted gantry cranes with motion control, spreader guidance, remote monitoring and safeguards against lifting a truck with a container.
Variable-frequency regulation supports controlled crane movement and container positioning across the handling route.
The delivered cranes include Siemens PLC control and RCMS remote monitoring and operation functions.
Anti-sway, automatic container seeking, spreader zero-position monitoring and automatic guidance support alignment during pickup and set-down.
A truck anti-lift function is part of the project safety arrangement. The lifting mechanism uses a ring trolley; the spreader arrangement supports changes between handling tasks.

For a comparable container crane, send the site plan and handling schedule so the rail span, lift height, spreader and safeguards can be engineered together.
