Positioning, vision and digital control in one system

The AI-interactive crane integrates a millimetre-level positioning system, multidimensional visual analysis and a digital control platform. An AI data-interaction platform supports the system’s planning and coordination functions.

The exhibited technology addresses handling scenarios such as port logistics and energy infrastructure. Crane geometry, attachment design and the control sequence still need to be configured for the particular site and load.

Define the autonomous and operator-controlled tasks

For an intelligent-crane enquiry, list the movements the system should plan or execute and the decisions retained by the operator. Include load-recognition conditions, permitted travel zones, positioning requirements and the response to interrupted operations.

Identify the information exchanged with site systems and the requirements for remote collaboration. A demonstration should show the agreed handling sequence under representative working conditions, including exceptions.

Technical expertise recognised at the event

At the accompanying technology conference, Ren Haitao received chief-expert recognition, Li Jie was recognised as a chief technician and Ji Hongyun as a young expert by the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association.

The exhibition also included discussions on machine-tool supply, manufacturing collaboration and technical development. These activities connected equipment research with the production resources used to build cranes.
