| Prospective applications | Ports, warehouses and heavy logistics |
Four connected control technologies
The displayed equipment brought together a millimetre-level positioning system, vision analysis, integrated digital control and AI data interaction. Demonstrations showed controlled movements within the exhibition arrangement.
Industrial use requires those functions to be matched to the load, handling tool and working environment. Positioning and recognition requirements should be specified for the complete transfer sequence.
Set out the handling and control interfaces
For an automated gantry enquiry, provide pickup and delivery positions, load dimensions, attachment interfaces and the required operating cycle. Identify the task commands and confirmations exchanged with warehouse or terminal systems.
Include exception handling, operator intervention and the movements to be demonstrated during acceptance. These details establish the automation scope beyond the mechanical lifting specification.
Cooperation and industry discussion at the event
Henan Mine also signed cooperation agreements with SKF and Flender. Company specialists participated in industry meetings and presented work on intelligent manufacturing and supply-chain development.
The exhibition programme continued through 18 April, alongside visits to the manufacturing park and crane museum.
