A continuous route from material to machined wheel

The line combines heating, transfer, forging, rolling, heat treatment and machining. Multi-station forming and precision rolling reduce the material allowance required for later processing.

Forging develops a dense material structure, while controlled processing supports strength, toughness and fatigue performance. The flexible line brings component production into the manufacturer's wider supply-chain operation.

Match wheels with the runway and duty

A crane enquiry should include rail details, wheel loads, travel speed, operating duty and environmental conditions. Wheel geometry, material and treatment can then be reviewed with the complete travel mechanism.
