Henan Mine completed the first stage of upgrades to intelligent machining, reducer and warehouse workshops in late 2024. The work changed building layouts, access routes and the working environment within the manufacturing park.

Production areas receive layout and building improvements
The upgraded workshops include glass-fronted building areas and central air conditioning. Production-line layouts and clear access routes were incorporated into the changes.
The first stage covered machining, reducer production and warehousing, connecting different parts of the factory’s manufacturing flow.
Working conditions alongside equipment manufacture
The programme focused on a cleaner, organised environment for employees and production teams. Safety, quality and family-care messages were included within the workshop setting.
The upgrades form part of the continuing development of Henan Mine’s manufacturing facilities and component-production organisation.
