Remote monitoring and stabilised movement
The cranes use variable-frequency speed control and positioning functions. Remote video monitoring and an operator interface support automatic operation.
Central electrical control works with mechanical anti-sway measures to stabilise coke-pot handling. The equipment was developed around the customer's coking-process requirements.
Review the transfer cycle with the plant layout
Provide coke-pot weights and dimensions, heat exposure, transfer locations, cycle requirements and existing process interfaces. Confirm the control modes and maintenance arrangements with the proposed crane system.
