Different industries set different handling requirements

The review included pumped-storage construction, an international port, a dedicated railway project, wind energy, a steel operation and an aerospace base. Each application calls for a crane arrangement matched to the work it performs.

Equipment installation, cargo transfer and process handling require different working envelopes and attachments. Their specifications should be prepared from the load and site conditions.

Start the proposal with the application brief

Provide the maximum lifted weight, dimensions, lifting points and intended handling sequence. Include span or travel geometry, lift height, operating duty and environmental conditions.

For automation or coordinated lifting, define the control interfaces and acceptance demonstrations. The proposal can then show how the crane addresses the actual process.

Coordinate delivery with the receiving facility

Transport, supporting structures, power supply and erection resources need to be considered alongside the equipment design. Include the project schedule and inspection requirements with the enquiry.
