Positioning and recognition technologies at the exhibition
The displayed developments included closed-loop anti-sway, ultra-high-frequency RFID identification and AI vision for obstacle detection. These functions address different parts of a handling sequence, from material recognition to controlled movement.
For an industrial application, the recognition conditions, permitted movements and protective responses need to be defined around the actual load and site.
Procurement agreements with manufacturing suppliers
Henan Mine signed procurement agreements totalling RMB 710 million with suppliers including Siemens, Wuxi Xindali and SEW. The agreements concern production resources and equipment inputs.
The company’s stand covered 506 square metres. Industry, research and customer groups joined the exhibition and visited the manufacturing park.
Specify automation by the task it must perform
An enquiry should identify pickup and placement positions, the lifting tool and the material-identification method. Include the operating cycle, customer-system interfaces and the response to interrupted tasks.
Agree demonstrations of the supplied functions under representative conditions. The equipment offer can then connect the control technology with the intended process.
