Equipment developed around different production tasks

The three presented systems address different load interfaces and handling sequences. A die-handling task, a gantry manipulator and a suction process need their own configuration and control scope.

The exhibition stand covered 506 square metres and provided a setting for customers to discuss automation and digital handling requirements.

Wire-rope hoist standards discussed alongside the expo

A meeting at the intelligent industrial park reviewed an initial draft of an industry standard for wire-rope electric hoists. The discussion formed part of the exhibition’s technical programme.

For a hoist purchase, specify the applicable requirements in the order and confirm the standard and configuration offered. A draft discussion and an adopted order requirement have separate roles.

Prepare an application-specific enquiry

Supply the load weight, geometry, pickup and delivery positions, and the required lifting tool. Automation enquiries also need operating modes, plant interfaces and acceptance demonstrations defined.

The equipment team can then assess the machine and attachment together for the intended production process.
