Equipment supports several parts of aluminium production
The programme includes electrolytic aluminium, high-purity aluminium, carbon-material production, alumina and power-generation developments. These processes have different load geometries and operating environments.
The equipment count covers the cooperation programme across these projects. Each installation has its own lifting and material-transfer requirements.
Factory visit reviews the continuing relationship
Tianshan Aluminium Chairman and President Zeng Chaolin toured the headquarters and intelligent industrial park with founder Cui Peijun. Discussions covered the companies’ resources and opportunities for further cooperation.
Prepare a process-based crane schedule
For an aluminium plant, identify each pickup and delivery task, material temperature, attachment requirement and production cycle. Separate carbon handling, workshop lifting and maintenance duties in the enquiry.
Provide the plant layout and installation programme so that individual crane specifications can be coordinated with the process equipment.
