Crane package follows the heavy-equipment production layout
The industrial park occupies more than 40,000 m² and includes workshops approximately 25 m high. The lifting equipment handles production tasks within those buildings.
The factory programme supports a planned annual output of five hundred pipe-jacking machines and equipment sets. This is a manufacturing-output figure, separate from crane capacity.
Wheel manufacture forms part of the equipment programme
The project equipment uses crane wheels made through Henan Mine’s near-net-shape manufacturing process. The company’s development work covers wheel production alongside crane design and assembly.
Specify lifting tasks around machine assembly
Provide the weights, dimensions and lifting points of machine bodies and major assemblies. Include the building layout, hook approach positions and required transfer or assembly sequence.
A multi-crane proposal should identify each workshop’s load, duty and clearance requirements. Factory and site acceptance should demonstrate the movements needed by the production team.
