Project work joins fabrication and technical teams
Niu has more than twenty years of manufacturing experience. For the Baosteel Desheng package, the team worked with technical and production personnel to review processes during a demanding project schedule.
The cranes were manufactured, delivered and put through commissioning, with the profile describing operation at the customer’s site.
Workshop routines support each manufacturing stage
The team uses pre-shift meetings to review issues and plan work. Equipment checks, process inspections and welding-method discussions form part of the routine.
Experience is shared among team members through practical exchanges and skills activities.
Plan a casting-crane order around its actual duty
For molten-metal service, define ladle and load weights, temperatures, operating cycles and the required protective arrangements. Provide the workshop layout and handling sequence.
Agree factory review, dispatch, installation and commissioning milestones for the individual order. The Baosteel Desheng programme reflects one project schedule; a new order needs a confirmed plan for its own scope.
