Different lifting tasks require separate equipment arrangements

Explosion-proof requirements start with the installation conditions
For a new order, provide the hazardous-area classification, substance characteristics and environmental conditions. Identify the required load, clearances, coordinated lifting sequence and electrical interfaces.
Agree the destination-market requirements and conformity documents within the technical order. The required protective arrangement needs to cover the supplied crane and its operating environment.
Acceptance should follow the actual manufacturing task
Provide component dimensions, lifting points and pickup and placement positions. Define the demonstrations required for independent or coordinated lifting.
Factory review, load testing and site commissioning should be identified as separate milestones in the equipment programme.
