Connect lifting with the plate-processing sequence

The handling sequence integrates laser cutting, surface inkjet marking, side hard-stamping, cut-to-length processing and storage. Coordinating those stages helps move each plate through the required production route while maintaining its identification.

Automated handling covers material transfer and loading or unloading around the processing equipment. The lifting interface must suit the plate geometry and the clearances needed at the cutting and marking stations.

Control movement and protect equipment interfaces

PLC control and variable-frequency drives coordinate mechanism movement. Anti-sway functions and a rigid attachment arrangement support controlled positioning within the processing line.

The system combines interlocks, video monitoring, laser collision avoidance and drive control. Wireless remote operation provides an additional control function within the handling arrangement.

Specify the plate range and production interfaces

For a comparable application, supply the maximum plate weight, length, width and thickness, together with the required production sequence. Include grade identification, marking requirements, cutting-station positions and storage locations.

Define how the crane receives handling commands, confirms a transfer and responds to interrupted processing. The equipment and control interfaces should be agreed with the cutting, marking and storage teams before the handling sequence is finalised.

Demonstrate a complete handling cycle

Acceptance should follow representative plates through the agreed process, checking identification, transfer positions, clearance and the handling of exceptions. These demonstrations establish how the crane works with the surrounding production equipment.

Send the plate-processing layout and intended material flow with the enquiry. The lifting arrangement can then be configured around the production task rather than capacity alone.
