Redundant drives and an automation interface
The cranes use PLC, variable-frequency and anti-sway control. Hoisting and trolley movement include duty-and-standby inverter arrangements, with interfaces reserved for future intelligent upgrades.
The expert team reviewed the equipment documentation and inspected the cranes against the A-inspection outline. The accepted items met the applicable requirements.
Prepare acceptance around the handling configuration
For slab or electromagnetic handling, provide the steel dimensions, mass, temperature, attachment arrangement and transfer sequence. Agree the redundant-drive behaviour, control demonstrations and document package before manufacture.
