Different crane configurations for different steelmaking tasks

The equipment includes 160 t double-girder overhead cranes, slab-clamp cranes and cranes with lower rotating electromagnetic beams. These configurations serve different loads and handling methods within the steelworks.

Double-girder, double-trolley gantry cranes were also supplied in batches for the project's port scrap yard. The outdoor yard application extends the package beyond workshop handling to scrap loading and unloading.

Build the enquiry around each handling position

For a complete steelworks package, separate the production, stockyard and port requirements in the equipment schedule. Give the load geometry, temperature, lifting attachment, travel envelope and operating cycles for each position so the crane and lifting tool can be reviewed as a coordinated system.
