01 / PROJECT CONTEXT

The project and its handling task.

Henan Mine Crane manufactured more than 60 crane units of different types for aerospace applications during the programme period. A 160 t + 160 t explosion-proof electric double-girder overhead crane is one of the named systems.

The programme supports production handling associated with solid rocket motor development. Coordinated lifting points, attachment geometry and hazardous-area requirements must be considered together for this type of large aerospace workpiece.

02 / HANDLING REQUIREMENTS

Lift large motor assemblies with protection matched to the process area.

Solid rocket motor manufacturing can combine heavy assemblies with classified process zones, requiring the lift plan and equipment protection to be checked together.

Hazardous-area dossier

Obtain the customer's formal area classification and operating restrictions.

Assembly and fixture masses

Set attachment points, trolley spacing and travel route for the assembly.

Trolley spacing and load sharing

Test movement and control functions under the agreed acceptance regime.

Acceptance and monitoring requirements

Test movement and control functions under the agreed acceptance regime.

06 / PROJECT OUTCOME

Equipment supplied for the programme.

The supply programme provided crane equipment for aerospace manufacturing. The named explosion-proof crane extends the programme’s lifting arrangements to large, multi-point production handling.

For a similar project, define the component, fixture and bay route first, then select a double-girder crane and explosion-protection arrangement from the site's hazardous-area classification. Synchronized lifting and controlled positioning should be proven at the load condition.

07 / PLAN A SIMILAR PROJECT

Prepare a comparable crane quotation.

Share the load schedule and site drawings. Define the component, fixture and bay route first, then select a double-girder crane and explosion-protection arrangement from the site's hazardous-area classification. Synchronized lifting and controlled positioning should be proven at the load condition.

We can quote a single crane or a coordinated fleet. The offer sets out the destination standards, required certificates and inspection records, manufacturing programme after drawing approval, shipment, installation support and agreed acceptance scope.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions before specifying a similar crane.

Can the same project crane be supplied for my site?

We customize the capacity, span, lifting height, attachment and controls to the load, building or yard layout and operating cycle. Hazardous-area dossier is one of the inputs to review before final equipment selection.

How are certification, quantity and lead time agreed?

Single-crane and fleet enquiries are welcome. Define the destination and required standards in the enquiry. The project offer confirms certification and inspection documents, the quantity, drawing approval and manufacturing schedule, with the shipping and site-service boundaries.

What should acceptance and after-sales support include?

Agree the inspection plan, representative load and functional tests, operator training, maintenance instructions, spare-parts scope and fault-recovery procedures. For this application, include acceptance and monitoring requirements in the technical review.
