01 / PROJECT CONTEXT

The project and its handling task.

Henan Mine Crane supplied two 100 t double-girder gantry cranes for China Railway First Group’s Guangfo Ring intercity railway works between Foshan West and Guangzhou North.

The cranes are designed for spoil and material handling during underground rail construction. The lifting attachment can operate as deep as 40 m below rail level. Computer-assisted structural design and protective arrangements for travel and hoisting address the project’s site conditions.

02 / HANDLING REQUIREMENTS

Lift spoil and construction supplies from a deep rail-worksite shaft.

Metro construction needs repetitive vertical lifting where personnel, vehicles and shaft-edge geometry create distinct hazards.

Spoil bucket and other load schedule

Check bucket capacity and lifting attachment at the excavation level.

Shaft depth and edge geometry

Manage the vertical path and shaft-edge clearance.

Surface vehicle route

Move spoil to the planned vehicle or stockpile point.

Hoist, limit and emergency requirements

Move spoil to the planned vehicle or stockpile point.

03 / SUPPLIED SYSTEM

The equipment behind this project.

The cranes are designed for spoil and material handling during underground rail construction. The lifting attachment can operate as deep as 40 m below rail level. Computer-assisted structural design and protective arrangements for travel and hoisting address the project’s site conditions.

06 / PROJECT OUTCOME

Construction-site application.

The cranes serve spoil and material lifts at the Guangfo railway construction site. Their deep below-rail handling arrangement connects the surface gantry to the underground excavation work.

For a similar project, configure a dual-girder spoil gantry around the shaft, bucket or lifting gear and surface transfer point. Define the under-rail lift depth, hoist travel, controlled release and protected walking/vehicle routes.

07 / PLAN A SIMILAR PROJECT

Prepare a comparable crane quotation.

Share the load schedule and site drawings. Configure a dual-girder spoil gantry around the shaft, bucket or lifting gear and surface transfer point. Define the under-rail lift depth, hoist travel, controlled release and protected walking/vehicle routes.

We can quote a single crane or a coordinated fleet. The offer sets out the destination standards, required certificates and inspection records, manufacturing programme after drawing approval, shipment, installation support and agreed acceptance scope.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions before specifying a similar crane.

Can the same project crane be supplied for my site?

We customize the capacity, span, lifting height, attachment and controls to the load, building or yard layout and operating cycle. Spoil bucket and other load schedule is one of the inputs to review before final equipment selection.

How are certification, quantity and lead time agreed?

Single-crane and fleet enquiries are welcome. Define the destination and required standards in the enquiry. The project offer confirms certification and inspection documents, the quantity, drawing approval and manufacturing schedule, with the shipping and site-service boundaries.

What should acceptance and after-sales support include?

Agree the inspection plan, representative load and functional tests, operator training, maintenance instructions, spare-parts scope and fault-recovery procedures. For this application, include hoist, limit and emergency requirements in the technical review.
